李双成(四川农业大学)的个人简介

李双成:四川农业大学水稻研究所研究员,博士生导师。主要从事水稻重要基因的分离克隆、水稻生殖发育生物学、水稻基因组学和基因工程等方面的研究。

期间主持国家自然科学基金、973重大研究计划子课题和四川省教育厅项目各1项,副主持863计划重大专项子项目1项,主研863、973、转基因专项等国家级科研项目5项;在Nature communications, Plos one, Molecular breeding等国际学术杂志发表学术论文30余篇。

研究概况

主要从事水稻生殖生物学、基因克隆以及基因工程方面的研究。当前发现了数个水稻生殖发育相关突变体并实现基因精细定位,部分基因正开展基因功能试验,进展良好。同时,在水稻基因工程和转基因应用检测等方面具有丰富的经验,当前正致力于农杆菌介导的水稻快速转化和多基因装载技术的研究,取得了较为满意的结果。工作期间发表学术论文二十余篇,其中SCI(第一作者)收录3篇,中文核心以上16篇。当前主持国家自然科学基金1项(30800084),主研国家转基因重大专项(2008ZX08001-001)、863(2006AA10A103)和973(2006CB101700)子项目各1项。
