研究方向
主要从事干细胞治疗,人胚胎干细胞的分化,组织工程,肿瘤干细胞及分子影像学的研究,在国际上率先应用胚胎干细胞来源的内皮细胞用于缺血性心脏病的治疗。同时,应用纳米脂质体联合分子影像技术靶向肿瘤干细胞的研究也得到了较高的评价。包括在Nature Methods, Circulation, J Am Coll Cardiol, Stem Cells, Caner Res,Stroke, Biomaterials等杂志发表论文40余篇,其中SCI论文36篇,被引用超过800次。
参与了3部专著的撰写,申请了2项发明专利。研究工作先后获得多项奖励,包括:2007年美国血管生物学学会优秀青年科学家奖、2008年美国心脏病学会优秀青年科学家奖、2009年斯坦福大学心血管研究所优秀青年科学家奖、Mitzi and William Blahd, MD 启动基金第一名等。

经费:¥4,620,000,为研究骨干,经费来源:科技部。研究课题“多潜能干细胞特异性诱导分化及其表观遗传学调控在治疗糖尿病中的应用基础研究”,子课题“在体胰岛组织和肾上皮组织干细胞归巢、复制、分化的示踪新技术与新方法”。研究内容: 建立 MSC和ESC在小动物的分子影像监测技术,利用分子影像技术,评价 MSC和ESC在糖尿病和肾功能衰竭中的作用; 建立大动物模型,引进 PET,MRI等分子影像技术,监测其在大动物体内功能的改变。
