李根喜的个人简介
李根喜,男,1965年 2月生,山东省嘉祥县人。
1984~1994年,在南京大学化学系高分子化学、分析化学专业学习,分别获学士、硕士和博士学位,1994年6 月在该校生化系作博士后,1996年5月出站并留生化系任教,1996~2000年为副教授,2001年为教授,2002年为博导,其中,1998~2000年分别在德国慕尼黑大学生物系、日本东北大学药学部、美国哈佛大学医学院生化与分子药学系作访问学者。1999年任生化系系主任。主要从事蛋白质电子传递、界面行为及其与生物小分子、纳米材料相互作用的研究。科研成果“蛋白质和酶的电荷传递及界面行为与电化学分析法的研究”在 1999年1月获教育部科技进步三等奖。
现任上海大学生命科学学院院长、教授、博士生导师,中国生物化学与分子生物学会蛋白质专业委员会常务委员、副秘书长,中国仪器仪表学会化学传感器专业委员会委员。

李根喜 - 研究方向
本小组主要是采用电化学方法,并结合其他一些生物学、化学手段,通过对电极表面进行功能修饰,对蛋白质等生物大分子进行分子改造,以研究生物分子的电子传递和界面行为,并对分子识别机制、信号传递过程、生物传感技术、信息分子功能等热点问题进行探讨,对蛋白质功能和结构研究的新途径进行探索,建立生物分子测定的新方法、新技术,发展新型生物传感器件,以期对单分子、单细胞和生物活体进行实时、无创伤研究。
近期正致力于以下方面课题的研究:
1. 蛋白质的电子传递、电化学及界面行为。
2.
蛋白质功能与结构的电化学研究。
3.
纳米生物学。
4.
分子识别、组装及相互作用。
5.
新型第三代生物传感器的研制。
6.
生物信号分子研究及相关信号传导机制探索。
