李昕（上科大教授）的个人简介
李昕，男，2005年获美国卡内基C梅隆大学电气和计算机工程系理学博士，目前是卡内基C梅隆大学电气和计算机工程系副教授和集成电路设计中心助理主任。
个人简介
他的主要研究方向在于集成电路和信号处理。李昕教授于2012年获得美国国家自然科学基金CAREER奖，2013年获得IEEE Donald O. Pederson最佳论文奖，2004年和2011年两次获得ICCAD最佳论文奖，2010年获得DAC最佳论文奖。
