蒋立希的个人简介
蒋立希,男,生于1964年9月,现任浙江大学农业与生物技术学院教授、博士生导师。1986年毕业于浙江农业大学农学系遗传育种专业并获得学士学位,1996-2001年赴德国哥廷根大学留学,先后于1998年、2001年获得硕士、博士学位。

2001-2005年先后在新加坡国立大学农业分子生物研究院(IMA)、分子与细胞生物研究院(IMCB)任博士后、研究员等职。2005年后加盟浙江大学农业与生物技术学院。
主要成就
主要从事植物分子生理与作物种质创新方面的研究。先后克隆了控制拟南芥花粉管在雌体生殖通道中伸长的VGD1基因、控制雌配子体发育的KD96基因等,并作为主要贡献人之一参与了调控花药绒毡层细胞分化的TPD1基因的克隆等。其中VGD1是国际上第一个在植物中认定的控制花粉管在雌体生殖通道中泳动的主效基因;该基因的克隆第一次揭示了果胶甲酯酶与花粉管伸长、发育之间的关系,从而明确了花粉管在雌体生殖通道中延长的分子机制,有关论文在Plant Cell杂志上发表并获专栏突出介绍。在种质创新领域的贡献包括甘蓝型油菜、白菜、甘蓝等芸苔属作物裂荚基因的克隆与操纵,在芸苔属植物中克隆了裂荚控制基因并创造了油菜抗裂荚新种质。其它贡献包括无花瓣油菜遗传规律、产量生理与避病机制等的研究;有关系列论文已在国际刊物上发表,种质材料被多家国际育种公司引用。
