个人简介

林忠旭 出生年月: 1978.2 博士生导师、硕士生导师 开设课程: 植物生物技术 职称: 教授 研究方向: 棉花分子遗传与育种 学位: 农学博士 ,1996-2000年在华中农业大学植物科学技术学院作物遗传育种专业学习,获农学学士学位。2000-2005年在植物科学技术学院攻读作物遗传育种博士学位(硕博连读),于2005年毕业,获得农学博士学位。2005年毕业后留校执教,在作物遗传改良国家重点实验室棉花课题组进行研究工作,主要从事棉花分子标记的开发、遗传图谱构建、数量性状定位和棉花导入系的构建。

科学研究

主要从事棉花分子标记的相关工作,包括新型分子标记的开发、利用分子标记构建棉花遗传连锁图及重要性状的QTL定位。目前的研究内容有

(1)陆地棉导入系的构建。利用我们已经构建的高密度分子标记遗传图谱为辅助,从回交后代中筛选含有海岛棉片段的导入系。除此之外,利用四倍体棉花的半野生种达尔文棉、毛棉和黄褐棉作为供体,向陆地棉进行片段导入。利用这些导入系进行棉花重要经济性状QTL的精细定位及分子标记辅助育种。

(2)海岛棉种质进行遗传评价和应用。利用分子标记对海岛棉种质进行遗传多样性分析,根据聚类结果挑选优良的海岛棉材料与陆地棉进行杂交、回交,并通过分子标记的辅助选择挑选优良品系用于陆地棉的育种。同时,构建海岛棉的种内遗传图谱,对海岛棉的重要经济性状进行定位,辅助海岛棉育种。

(3)陆地棉重组自交系的遗传评价,借助于已经构建的陆地棉种内遗传图谱,利用多年多点的性状数据,对陆地棉的性状进行遗传剖析,获取稳定表现的QTL,并从中挑选优良品系
