李明雪的个人简介
李明雪，女，1971年3月生，副教授，主要从事金属配合物的设计和生物活性的基础研究。重点是设计一些具有生物活性的配体及其金属配合物，评价所合成的化合物的抗肿瘤活性及肿瘤治疗选择性的影响，初步分析配体的构效关系，分析金属的引入对配体生物活性的影响，进一步筛选出抗癌谱广，生物活性高、毒性小的金属配合物，为新药研究开发奠定基础。
