李国梁(博士)的个人简介

1984年生,山东泰安人,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师

工作经历

2003.09-2007.07青岛农业大学,获得学士学位。

2007.09-2010.07中国科学院西北高原生物研究所,获得硕士学位。

2010.09-2012.07中国科学院西北高原生物研究所,获得博士学位。

2012.07- 今 在曲阜师范大学山东省绿色天然产物及医药中间体开发重点实验室、山东省生命有机分析重点实验室从事教学与科研工作.,主要讲授本科生课程《天然药物化学》,《天然产物与新药开发》及研究生课程《生物化学》。

研究方向

食品分析方向:设计并合成高灵敏度荧光探针分子,结合改性剂用于高效液相色谱中低含量化合物的荧光识别,并结合HPLC-MS 或CE 实现了对食品中毒性成分及功能成分的高灵敏、高选择性检测。

天然产物中活性成分研究:主要从事药食同源食品中活性成分分离、纯化及鉴定,并利用建立方法进行活性成分进行精确定量,对得到的活性单体进行体外活性研究。

已发表研究论文40余篇,其中SCI收录36 篇,申请国家发明专利2项。主持国家级、省级、校级科研项目4项,参与国家自然基金项目5项,省部级项目3项。

已发表研究论文40余篇,其中SCI收录38 篇,申请国家发明专利3项。担任国际学术杂志《Current Nutrition & Food Science》, 《Journal of Food, Nutrition and Dietetics》及《Journal of Experimental Food Chemistry》编委。
